Andreas Nonnenmacher

Andreas Nonnenmacher is president and CEO of ARKA Group L.P., leading the company’s growth and innovation. Since becoming president in 2020, he has led the company’s transformation through the acquisitions of AMERGINT Technologies, Inc., Danbury Mission Technologies, LLC, The Stratagem Group, LLC, Tethers Unlimited, Inc., and Lumacron Technology, Ltd.

Previously, he served as vice president of ISR & Space Systems at Collins Aerospace Systems, where he was responsible for developing business strategy and overseeing the division’s program portfolio across multiple sites. He began his career at PerkinElmer’s Government Systems Division, serving in several engineering and program management roles before being named director of special programs, overseeing the division’s proprietary programs.

He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in physics and German from Colgate University and a Master of Science degree in physics from the University of Connecticut.

Brian Bontempo

Brian Bontempo is responsible for developing ground-breaking capabilities, fostering technical innovation, and building uniquely talented teams.  Brian drives our corporate technology roadmap to solve the government’s hardest problems, drive sustainable business growth, and secure exciting work for ARKA employees.

Previously, he was co-owner and Chief Technology Officer of Stratagem, which became part of ARKA Group in 2022.  At Stratagem, he built and supported a stellar team of engineers and architected a set of unique solutions that established the company as a premier software and AI firm within intel and defense. Bontempo helped grow Stratagem’s portfolio of prime contracts, and established a construct called Titan Teams to increase transparency, establish tech roadmaps, and promote new ideas.

Prior to joining Stratagem, Brian served as the AI strategy and technical lead for a $1B+ portfolio of programs and projects for Lockheed Martin Space.

Brian graduated summa cum laude with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State in Engineering Science with a focus on signal processing.

Brett Gabari Headshot

Brett Gabari

Brett Gabari oversees all finance functions including corporate finance, tax, treasury, audit and government compliance, and non-finance functions including IT and facilities.

Prior to joining ARKA in 2020, Gabari spent eight years at United Technologies Corporation, where he held several financial leadership roles including financial planning & analysis (FP&A) consolidations supervisor and corporate controller, and was responsible for multiple business units and operating groups. He led several finance transformations to streamline reporting and improve cost control management, risk retirement and overhead rate oversight.

Earlier, he spent 11 years at BAE Systems serving across multiple finance functions, including budgets & overheads/government compliance, FP&A corporate consolidations and program finance, and was responsible for supporting large domestic and international programs.

Gabari holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Manhattan College and a master’s degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Ann Monk Headshot

Ann Monk

Ann Monk leads ARKA’s legal, compliance, ethics and governance programs, the Corporate Secretary’s office, and contracts, communications and security functions.

She has held various senior leadership and general counsel positions during her career and has extensive experience in defense and technology companies, both public and private. Before joining ARKA in 2021, Monk served as vice president and deputy general counsel at FLIR Systems, where she was responsible for managing global legal and contracts matters for FLIR’s Defense business.

Previously, she led the global contracts organization for the Mobile, Enterprise and Consumer businesses at Nuance Communications. Earlier, she was vice president and general counsel at OpenPages and senior vice president and general counsel of Infinium Software.

Monk earned her Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston College.

Charlie Schaub Headshot

Charlie Schaub

Charlie Schaub is responsible for the National Security Space Business at ARKA, where he oversees developmental, small rate production, large optical systems and support contracts. He also manages all optical manufacturing and optical testing activities.

Previously, Schaub served for 32 years at Danbury Mission Technologies, which became part of ARKA Group in 2022. During his tenure he captured and managed large development programs, including the P912 program, which, for over a decade, was the largest and most complex optical program within the company’s portfolio. Earlier, he was product area director for precision optics and oversaw high-quality lithographic optics and unique optics. Before joining Danbury Mission Technologies, he worked for Hughes Aircraft’s Electro-Optical and Data Systems Group.

Schaub earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Rochester.

Eric Stuckey Headshot

Eric Stuckey

Eric Stuckey leads all operations and production for ARKA.  In this role, Eric drives execution across ARKA’s enterprise, leading the company to deliver value for our customers.

Previously, Eric served 17 years in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), most recently as chief of science & technology for the Weapons & Counterproliferation Mission Center. Previous roles included deputy director of Advanced Systems and Technology at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), director of the Integrated Intelligence Office at NRO and division chief in the Office of Special Activities. In 2021, he received the Presidential Rank Award for an exceptional record in achieving major program goals and exceeding customer expectations.

Prior to joining the CIA, he worked in the commercial space industry at companies including Orbital Sciences and Fairchild Space and Defense.

Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia University.

Marc Verity headshot

Marc Verity

Marc Verity leads our Advanced Communications and Mission Applications business unit.

He has more than 25 years of experience in cellular and satellite communications. Previously, he served as general manager of AMERGINT Technologies, which became part of ARKA Group in 2019. Under his leadership, AMERGINT secured mission-critical partnerships with dozens of national programs and expanded its line of innovative solutions to address the full spectrum of signal, network and data processing.

Prior to joining AMERGINT, Marc held key roles at several leading technology companies, including Intel Corporation and Broadcom Limited. He spent 13 years with Broadcom, where he led the design, development and testing of 2G/3G/4G cellular reference platforms.

Marc holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

Deirdre Walsh Headshot

Deirdre Walsh

Deirdre M. Walsh is responsible for strategy and government affairs for ARKA Group.

Before joining ARKA, Walsh served as vice president of Strategic Operations for Ball Aerospace & Technologies and led the creation of government relations strategies.

Previously, she served as the first chief operating officer for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). From 2014 to 2018, she was director of legislative affairs for ODNI, where she managed ODNI’s interaction with Congress. Earlier she was deputy director of Congressional and Public Affairs at the National Reconnaissance Office. Walsh was appointed to the Senior National Intelligence Service in 2013 and received the Distinguished Presidential Rank Award.

She holds a Master of Arts in legislative affairs from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in international studies from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
